One hundred percent Australian barley, bottled at 96 proof. Keep it for an after-dinner dram.
Red fruit and ripe peach lead, with raisin and caramel filling a viscous sip. Dark forest fruit rides a toasted-oak spine. Toasted marshmallow closes a long, rounded finish.
