Bottled at 87 proof (43.5% ABV), Tequila 3-4-5 Extra Añejo begins with cooked agave, then settles into vanilla and caramel. Pepper provides contrast, sharpening the palate as the sweeter notes recede. The profile carries enough weight to feel substantial, yet the agave remains clear throughout, giving the finish a firm point of reference rather than letting the richer tones take over.
Made in Jalisco from Blue Weber agave, this extra añejo combines three-, four- and five-year tequilas matured in selected oak casks. The components are brought together as one finished blend after maturation. The 750 mL release is limited in availability and well suited to slow, considered pours served neat.
