Full time in that Oloroso butt is what you taste as dried fruit, nuts, and spice, with the cask number on the bottle. Non-chill filtered at 95.6 proof (47.8% ABV). It holds in a spirit-forward cocktail.
Raisin, prune, and honey lead a thick, creamy sip, then toasted nuts, cinnamon, and sherried oak stand out on the palate. Christmas-cake fruit and a thread of cocoa ride through the middle. The finish is long and sherried, fruit fading into warm spice.
