Flat-topped wash stills and cooling jackets on the spirit stills keep heavier, chocolate-rich spirit in the make, which is why this 80 proof (40% ABV) dram still feels plush. A weeknight pour.
Citrus and Seville orange lead, with chocolate and vanilla pod behind them. Aromatic spice and roasted coffee stand out on the palate; the mouthfeel is easy and rounded, and the finish closes on dried fruit and a gently bitter coffee edge.
