That late sherry chapter is why dark chocolate and red fruit sit over citrus. Bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). Serve it over a large cube.
Orange and dark chocolate lead, with raspberry, plum, and cherry behind them. Coffee, raisin, and cinnamon stand out on the palate; the mouthfeel is dense and polished, and the finish lingers on candied fruit, nutmeg, and a citrus-molasses close.
