Ripe peach and orange peel set fruit against citrus bite, while marzipan adds mellow almond sweetness. The palate opens generously, yet the brighter edge keeps that sweetness from feeling heavy. A darker counterpoint emerges at the close, where chocolate meets sweet spice.
