First-fill sherry-seasoned American oak and refill sherry casks shape the texture here, lending a rounded, gently confectionery weight. Toasted coconut and almond brittle arrive on the back palate, joined by a vanilla sponge softness that lingers well past the swallow. It drinks easily neat, though a single cube opens the citrus further.
