Twelve years across American oak, Spanish oak, and Japanese Mizunara is why peach and pineapple sit over incense-like sandalwood. Bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV), in a copper-toned bottle that pictures the distillery. Pour it as a quiet celebration.
Peach, pineapple, and grapefruit lead, then clove, candied orange, and vanilla stand out on the palate with coconut, cranberry, and butter. The mouthfeel is silky. Sweet ginger and cinnamon hold a long finish, with Mizunara incense lingering.
