Three Chord Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

Three Chord Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is one cask from Neil Giraldo's Steel Bending Spirits program, typically sourced bourbon from Kentucky, Indiana, or Tennessee, bottled as a solo rather than the house blend. Each barrel keeps its own proof and personality after years in new charred oak; this listing is the distillery's single-barrel line. Pour it neat.

Caramel, vanilla, and rye spice lead, with toasted oak and cinnamon behind them. Brown sugar and a thread of dark fruit stand out on the palate; the sip is full and barrel-forward, and the finish warms on pepper, cocoa, and dry oak.
