Trilogy 15 Year Old Irish Whiskey is a limited small-batch triple blend of pot still, malt, and grain, aged fifteen years in ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and rum casks — the first time the house used rum wood — and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). John Quinn and Brian Kinsman built it so nutty oak, tropical fruit, and creamy fudge share the glass. It is a dinner-table pour.
Nutty oak and tropical fruit lead, with fruit, nuts, and spice filling a creamy, full-bodied sip. Lingering creamy fudge stands out on the palate; the finish is long, rich, and satisfying.
