WhistlePig FarmStock Rye Whiskey is Crop No. 001, the first Triple Terroir blend from Shoreham: 20% young Vermont farm rye aged in Vermont oak, 49% five-year Alberta rye also in Vermont oak, and 31% twelve-year Indiana rye. That first farm whiskey is why mint, citrus peel, and lively spice sit over older vanilla and honeycomb. Bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV) as a limited first crop. Pour it while sipping with friends.
Vanilla, caramel, and toffee open, then cinnamon, citrus, and mint stand out on the palate with a light, silky body. Dark chocolate, butterscotch, and honeycomb linger with rye spice.
