The agave wood refracts caramel into dulce de leche, roasted agave, and lime. Bottled at 91 proof (45.5% ABV). A weeknight pour.
Roasted agave, lime zest, and caramel open, with papaya and dark tobacco behind them. Chocolate pecan, dried mango, and canela stand out on the palate; the sip is velvety and mineral, and the finish runs long on coffee, green peppercorn, and flan.
