Willett Family Estate 10 Year Old Truth Serum Single Barrel Whiskey is a named one-cask bottling from Willett’s Bardstown Family Estate program: ten years in new charred American white oak, bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. Truth Serum is this barrel’s name; each dump is its own proof. Pour it as a late-night dram.
A decade in new char on the estate mash builds dark fruit, caramel, and vanilla in a concentrated sip, with baking spice and tobacco from the wood. The mouthfeel is thick at barrel proof. Seasoned oak holds the finish.
