After 11 years in new charred American oak, this Kentucky whiskey is drawn from a single cask and bottled at cask strength, without dilution from barrel proof. That method keeps the identity of the barrel intact, with its particular dark-cherry character placed squarely at the center of the whiskey.
Baking spice gives the palate a warmer contour before leather and seasoned oak take hold. With availability tight, each 750 mL bottle comes from one cask rather than a batch assembled from several barrels. This is an individual barrel expression, not a profile blended toward uniformity. The undiluted strength leaves dilution to the drinker, allowing the whiskey to be poured at barrel proof or adjusted according to preference.
