Willett’s single barrel American whiskey comes from Kentucky after 11 years in new charred American oak. Bottled at cask strength, it remains at undiluted barrel proof and reflects the individual character of one cask. Caramel and dark fruit sit together on the palate, giving the whiskey a deep, rounded core.
Cinnamon cuts through that sweetness with a warm edge, while seasoned oak closes the finish. This 750 mL release is narrowly allocated, fitting the singular nature of a whiskey drawn from one barrel rather than a multi-cask batch. Its cask-strength profile can be taken neat for the fullest expression, or over a large cube for a slower, gradually softer pour.
