Same mash and new-char barrels as the house bourbon, batched and bottled at 123.2 proof (61.6% ABV) so banana, marzipan, and dark chocolate show at warehouse strength. Limited Master’s Collection, allocated on release. A cold-weather pour.
Overripe banana and marzipan lead, with orange oil and graham cracker behind them. Dried apricot, dark chocolate, and toasted hazelnut stand out on the palate; the sip is rich and surprisingly smooth for the proof, and the finish runs long on coffee, spearmint, and sweet cedar.
