Maturation in new charred American oak adds structure without obscuring the grain. Vanilla softens the palate, cinnamon supplies a warming accent, and coffee settles into toasted oak on the finish. Bottled at 90.4 proof (45.2% ABV), it has enough presence to sip neat or pour over a large cube.
