Wide temperature swings in the Big Horn Basin push the whiskey into the oak so pastry sweetness and espresso both show. It is a weekend pour.
Baked honey cruller and cinnamon sugar lead, with white icing, baked orange, and almond filling a dessert-leaning sip. Cherry liqueur and vanilla whip stand out on the palate; cinnamon, espresso, milk chocolate, and a hint of leather close a medium finish.
