This single-barrel rum spent 9 months in virgin French oak before a glass rest. It is offered at cask strength, with 140.6 proof (70.3% ABV) delivering substantial weight and intensity. The oak aging supports the darker side of the profile without obscuring the brighter notes. A careful pour lets the contrast between sugar, flowers, chocolate, and pepper come through clearly.
