Made from Java sugarcane in Santa María Tlalixtac, Oaxaca, this certified organic, additive-free rum spends 2 years in new French oak before an acacia finish. It comes from a single barrel and is bottled at cask strength. The result is a 750 mL Mexican rum that balances ripe fruit with green, aromatic notes and peppery warmth, without losing the distinctive character of hoja santa.
