The line took Jim Murray’s World Whisky of the Year in 2021. Proof moves with the year, commonly 127 to 132.
Vanilla custard, cinnamon bun, mint, toffee, and cedar. Hot and oily, then creamy, with a long spice-and-cedar finish that handles the proof better than it should.
