Amrut Fusion is the bottle that put Indian whisky on serious shelves, at 100 proof. About 75% unpeated Indian barley and 25% peated Scottish barley, matured separately in Bengaluru heat, then married. That hybrid grain plus the climate is why it tastes tropical, smoky, and older than the years imply.
Oak and barley sugar wrapped in soft smoke, then tropical fruit, vanilla, chocolate fudge, and white pepper. Full and warming, with a long peat-and-molasses finish.
