ASW Distillery Fiddler Encore Bourbon Whiskey

ASW Distillery Fiddler Encore Bourbon Whiskey is the cask-finished version of Atlanta’s Fiddler wheated bourbon: 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, column-distilled in Indiana and aged at least 7 years in new charred American oak. A second cask follows — maple, port, or sherry, depending on the barrel. Most of them are single barrels, non-chill-filtered, with the barrel and the strength printed on that label.

The wheat keeps the base creamy and sweet. Maple pulls a barrel toward dessert, port toward dark fruit, and sherry toward dried fruit and spice, which is why one Encore does not drink like the next.
