ASW Distillery Fiddler Encore Cigar Batch Bourbon Whiskey

ASW Distillery Fiddler Encore Cigar Batch Bourbon Whiskey is the annual Encore built to stand next to a cigar. It uses the same high-wheat bourbon, 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, aged about 7 years, then finished across rum, maple-syrup barrels, and amburana. The 2025 batch, 25-001, also rests in tawny port and white port for a longer stretch, and Encore #2 adds sherry. The bottles retailers are listing, including those two, are 118 proof.

Cinnamon, baking spice, and raisin sweetness run through the line, with oak underneath. The 2025 release adds stone fruit and honey beside that spice. It is built full, so the finish stays sweet and long rather than thin.
