It is Mash Bill #1, the distillery’s low-rye bourbon recipe, aged in new charred oak in the riverside warehouses and bottled at 90 proof. Distillery staff describe it as roughly 8 to 10 years in oak, blended in small groups of about 40 barrels.
Vanilla, brown sugar, and toffee lead, with mint, dark fruit, and a mild spice behind them. Oak gives the sip a frame, and the finish stays smooth and sweet, with spice at the edge.
