Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is the flagship from Hye: wheated sweet mash of #1 food-grade corn, wheat, and barley (74/15/11), aged at least four years in new American oak in steel barns, bottled at 94 proof, proofed with ranch rainwater. Grain to glass, nothing sourced. CSV still lists three years; current official age is at least four. Easy to keep on the bar for weeknight sipping.
Golden Delicious apple and honey open with floral verbena, saddle leather, and cinnamon. Orange candy, pound cake, and lemon gumdrop run through the middle into a long caramel-apple and walnut close. Chewy fruit-and-spice, warmer on the tongue than 94 proof suggests.
