Twelve years old, bottled non-chill filtered at 92 proof. Share it sipping with friends when a dessert malt is the whole point.
Lemon tart, lime zest, and sultana open on vanilla. Gingerbread, nutmeg, toasted almond, and lemon meringue fill a silky middle, with honeycomb sweetness cut by ginger so it never turns sticky. The finish is long and mellow: lemon zest, white chocolate, vanilla cream, and a last trace of nutmeg.
