Port leaves a mint-chocolate weight and a silky middle on the distillery’s soft fruit spirit. A large cube slows the sip without washing out the orange and pepper.
Melted marshmallow and mandarin meet dark chocolate and peppermint. Walnut and black pepper keep the sweetness honest; sandalwood and nutmeg sit underneath. It drinks velvety from the first sip through a lingering chocolate-mint finish, the port fruit and Highland malt sharing the glass instead of fighting it.
