Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 19 Year Old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey is the 2025 Heritage Collection bottling and Heaven Hill's oldest wheat whiskey to date: 277 barrels from August and September 2005, aged on the fifth and sixth floors of Rickhouse Y, bottled at 100 proof without chill filtration. The mash is 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley, so nineteen years in new charred oak still drink as cinnamon graham and honey, with high-floor heat leaving clove and tannin on the close. Limited spring allocation. Pour it as an after-dinner dram.
Seasoned oak and honey lead, then clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon graham cracker. The palate is silky and sweet, with maple syrup and caramel on a warm, medium finish and a peppery tannic tingle.
