One distilling season and one warehouse stay are why this drinks like a complete barrel. It is a regular distillery single barrel. This is a weeknight pour with real age on it.
Caramel and vanilla sit on seasoned oak, with honey and cinnamon close behind. Rye spice builds through the sip rather than spiking, and the finish runs long on brown sugar, honey, and a little tobacco leather.
