High West Double Rye! Rye Whiskey is the Park City blend of two high-rye mash bills — MGP's 95% rye column-still whiskey and High West's own 80% rye / 20% malted rye from the pot still — aged at least two years and bottled at 92 proof, never chill-filtered. The younger Indiana rye supplies mint, clove, and gin-like botanicals; the Utah pot-still whiskey adds caramel and vanilla so the spice stays loud without turning thin. This 1.75 L bottle is built for a spirit-forward cocktail.

Mint, clove, and licorice root lead, with cinnamon, allspice, and a cool menthol-eucalyptus middle. Dark chocolate and wildflower honey soften the herbal snap, and the finish runs cinnamon, mint, and a hint of anise. It is a bright, peppery rye that reads clearly through a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
