Wild strawberry and raspberry color the bubble, Trepat fruit in front and a smaller Pinot Noir line behind it. Dry and light at 11.5% alcohol, it drinks ice-cold, the bead fine rather than frothy. Berry skin and a little yeast stay on the tongue.
