That oak marriage is why honey, citrus, and melted chocolate feel polished rather than loud, bottled at 80 proof in the gyroscope crystal decanter. A quiet evening sip.
Toffee apple, peach, and berry fruits on the nose, with timid smoke and a hint of salt. Honey, orange oil, and swirling chocolate fill a silky sip, then pecan and dried fruit. The finish turns to espresso, dark caramel, and plain chocolate, long and dry.
