Kentucky Owl Confiscated Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the nationwide bottle that honors the barrels the government seized from founder C.M. Dedman at Prohibition — a sourced Kentucky straight bourbon, no age statement, blended to drink oak-forward and balanced at sipping strength. Bottled at 96.4 proof. It is an easy weeknight pour.
Caramel, graham cracker, and orange peel sit over vanilla custard, toffee, and a gentle cinnamon spice. Independent reviews keep finding leather, seasoned oak, and a dry, slightly bitter close that turns brown-sugar and cinnamon. It drinks rounded and mixable: sweet up front, dry oak on the close.
