After one year in French oak white-wine barrels, Komos Añejo Reserva Tequila is rested in amphora before bottling. Blue Weber agave stays at the center, with cooked agave supported by vanilla and cacao. Orange peel adds a clean citrus note that keeps the profile from leaning too sweet.
Caramel and baking spice round out the finish without taking over. Made in Jalisco and additive free, this añejo is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 750 mL bottle. Serve it neat or over a large cube, or use it in a tequila-forward cocktail that leaves room for its agave character.
