Rejuvenated wood is why orchard fruit, citrus, and vanilla keep pace with the peat. A weeknight dram with friends who like smoke and fruit in the same glass.
Peat smoke, green apple, and citrus open over vanilla, berry, and a touch of leather. The mouthfeel is rich and buttery; orchard fruit and baking spice ride the sip, and the finish is long, malty, and lightly briny, with campfire smoke returning at the end.
