At 80 proof (40% ABV), the palate balances sweetness and warmth in an approachable style. Banana and mango preserves give it a rounded fruitiness, while cappuccino coffee adds a darker note toward the finish. Cloves keep the sweetness in check, leaving cooked agave clear at the close.
