Burnt brown sugar, molasses, and allspice lead, then rye spice, maple, and caramel take the middle. Toasted coconut and overripe pineapple show on the finish with a thread of tobacco. The mouthfeel is medium; the finish is long and drying, rum sweetness fading into herbal rye.
