Parker’s Heritage Collection 19th Edition 11 Year Old Kentucky Straight American Whiskey is a three-mashbill blend bottled at 122.5 proof: fifteen-year wheated bourbon from Rickhouse A, eleven-year corn whiskey from rickhouses DD, GG, and BB, and twelve-year rye-and-malt whiskey from Rickhouse Y, married after aging from 160 barrels. Uncut and non-chill filtered, it is the 2025 Parker’s release, with proceeds still going to ALS research. Save it for a cold night.
Baking spice, toffee, and dark fruit stand out on the palate, with cherry, cinnamon, and roasted nuts behind them. Vanilla and caramel hold the middle. The mouthfeel is rich and tannic; the finish is long and dry, with rye spice, leather, and brown sugar.
