Kentucky anchors this cask-strength bourbon, a blend of whiskeys aged 13–15 years in new charred American oak. Whiskeys from across that span come together, while a portion receives a second maturation in new charred oak. Both maturation paths rely on new charred oak barrels, extending the wood contact for the double-barreled component before it joins the finished blend. Offered with limited availability in a 750 mL bottle, it remains undiluted at barrel proof.
At 132.2 proof (66.1% ABV), cherry and caramelized sugar form a dark, concentrated opening. Cinnamon gives the palate a firm line of spice, while mature oak settles over the finish without obscuring the underlying sweetness at the close.
