Jalisco’s Tequila Valley is home to this reposado tequila, made from Blue Weber agave. It spends 8 months in ex-bourbon barrels before moving to sherry-seasoned single-malt casks for its finish. The first stage uses barrels that previously held bourbon; the finishing stage uses single-malt casks seasoned with sherry.
Cooked agave and vanilla sit together at the center of the profile. Anise adds a lightly herbal edge, while quince and dried fruit bring a rounded, fruit-led close without covering the agave character.
Bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV), it can be served neat, over ice, or in a reposado cocktail. It comes in a 750 mL bottle.
