Shortbarrel Big C Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

Shortbarrel Big C Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is a Big C Liquors store pick: one Shortbarrel bourbon barrel chosen for this shop, exclusive here, and bottled as an elevated, store-only version of the Atlanta single-barrel program. Shortbarrel sources Kentucky and Indiana bourbon, ages it in new charred oak, and dumps that cask without folding it into a house blend. Open it with people who will split the bottle.

This is the barrel Big C Liquors signed. Sourced bourbon in new char is the frame: corn sweetness, vanilla, and wood from the oak, with the extra character of one warehouse cask. Exclusive to this shop.
