Smoke Wagon “Smokey & The Wagon” 7 Year Old Private Select Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is The Barrel Tap's single-cask selection from barrel #39326: seven years in new American oak, bottled at 115.36 proof (57.68% ABV) from Nevada H&C's high-rye stocks. One barrel, named by the shop that picked it. Pour it neat.
Caramel, vanilla, and dark fruit lead, with toasted oak and baking spice behind them. Toffee, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate stand out on the palate; the mouthfeel is full and warming, and the finish lingers on vanilla bean and black pepper.
