The finish brings the bourbon into contact with a cask previously used for port without obscuring its identity as bourbon.
Toffee gives the profile a familiar sweetness, while raisin adds a darker fruit note. Bottled at 98.6 proof (49.3% ABV), it has enough strength for sipping neat, serving over a cube, or mixing into a spirit-forward cocktail. Each single-barrel release comes from one cask rather than a combination of several, so some variation between releases is natural.
