Tropical melon, caramelised sugar, and oak spice lead, with mixed berries and orchard fruit underneath. Bitter-sweet chocolate and ginger stand out on the palate; the mouthfeel is smooth then full, and the finish runs long on passionfruit, pineapple, and oak.
