The distillery brought this single-barrel line back in 2024 after a stock pause, and that first-fill bourbon wood is what you taste as honey, sweet fruit, and vanilla from a single distillation. Non-chill filtered at 95.6 proof (47.8% ABV), it keeps the oil and aroma that filtration would strip. Pour it over a large cube.
