The Glenlivet Nàdurra Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the 16-year cask-strength Speyside malt bottled the old way: sixteen years in first-fill American oak that had never held Scotch, then taken from the cask without chill filtration so the whisky stays oily and full. Nàdurra is Gaelic for natural, and that unused bourbon wood is why creamy vanilla, green apple, and poached peach come through so clearly. Pour it when the house goes quiet.

Green apple, lemon pulp, and creamy praline lead, then poached peach and vanilla. Candied ginger stands out on the palate; the mouthfeel is coating with a fizzy lift, and the finish is long, dry, and crisp on aniseed and bitter orange.
