Those sherry casks are why ginger, cinnamon, and raisin taste warm rather than sticky. An easy weeknight pour.
Raisins, sultanas, and vanilla cream open, then ginger, cinnamon, and baked-apple sweetness. Dark chocolate, berry compote, and orange peel stand out on the palate; the mouthfeel is creamy, and the finish warms on toasted oak and gentle wood spice.
