Dried fruit and candied citrus peel lead, with raisins, sultanas, and ginger syrup filling the middle. Cinnamon, vanilla, and warming ginger stand out on the palate; the sip is smooth and medium-weight, and the finish stays long on sweet dried fruit, wood spice, and a thread of woodsmoke.
