Sherry-seasoned European oak sits at the heart, joined by sherry-seasoned American oak, ex-bourbon casks, and refill wood, which is why Medjool dates and tropical fruit share the glass. Bottled at 87.2 proof (43.6% ABV) in a circular vessel inside a 200-spike case. Pour it when the night is meant to last.
Medjool dates, baked figs, and milk chocolate lead, then orange marmalade, honeycomb, and honeyed tropical fruit stand out on the palate. Ginger and cinnamon warm a lush sip. The finish bursts with caramelized pineapple and creamy vanilla, then dark chocolate and coffee.
